This brief was very challenging, because the carpets has very strict and demanding basic function, which describes them mostly as a two-dimensional objects. So, to conform with the additional brief tasks, I decided to orientate and stick to graphic solution, which can be applied to carpets with different sizes. This allows to match with ease the graphics on the carpets and simply changing their colors for different spaces.
The result are two graphics, inspired by cubism’s meshes on a sugar bowl and building, which could be applied on 4 different dimensions carpets.
The additional filling color destroys the boring dullness of one colored basic, building a small sense of three-dimensional space in it.
